About Me

Okay, sup? How you doing? Good! But you're probably here to know about me. I'm Sophie and I'm 15, grade 9, Asian, bla bla bla. I like a lot of stuff! Like books, music, MOVIES (if you want to know which ones, just go down to the bottom)! I want to be a director when I grow up, sooooo fun!! And I've got lots of friends, well, not lots, but a fair bit. People call me hard-working, or just a nerd. I am a nerd, a hard-core nerd, you got a problem with that? Good. I'm also just hard-core, I mean, I've got people's backs, I fight for what I believe in, I say what's on my mind, I don't sway with the crowd. Yeah, anything else? If you have any more questions (Which you probably don't, because you probably know me in real life, and you'll know that Sophie Tribiani doesn't exit, at least I hope I didn't steal someone else's name o.O....) Just read some of my posts, I've got lots!

Extensions and Reflections

Extensions Lesson 20

Win-Win Agreement Form

Date: Feb 22/10
Project/task: To get help with math in a long term.
Party 1: Me
Party 2: Friend

1. What are the desired results?
My friend gets help in Math in a long term from me and I get to borrow three of her books.

2. What are the available resources?
My knowledge for math and her books.

3. What are the guidelines?
I tutor her for 3 weeks and I get to borrow three of her books, any ones I want and at any time.

4. How will progress be seen? accountability?
See if she gets a better understanding of math and see how her grades are after the three weeks.

5. What are the consequences/ benefits if completed or not?
If completed, she gets better math understanding and grades, and I get to borrow books that I haven't read. If it's not accomplished, then we just wasted our time.

Reflections

Are there any situations at home that could benefit or be guided more clearly by drawing up a win-win agreement?
Well, we can change some chores and actually assign one person to do a certain thing, I think that'll give a little more order in the house. Also, maybe if we help one another, we can get something back. Like saying if my mom needs help with her English, then she can do tonights dishes, that kind of thing. I can't think of any specific thing right now, but I'm sure it'll come around.

My usual blog:

Okay, so today nothing much happened, very balanced day. Oh, got the pictures taken for year book of the library monitors, I hope I don't look too guffy. Also, I have to finish the Lightning Thief today! I've been very late on that, and I need to finish and start the second book, cause one of my friends really wants me to read the series, and I really want to too, so I have got to get a move on!!

Quote of the day:
"Others get the bat boomerangs and wall-crawling powers, we get the Aquatruck!" The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare

That's what my picture says, if any one was wondering! :)
