Sweet silver bells
All seem to say,
"Throw cares away."
Christmas is here
Bringing good cheer
To young and old
Meek and the bold
Ding, dong, ding, dong
That is their song
With joyful ring
All caroling
One seems to hear
Words of good cheer
From ev'rywhere
Filling the air
Oh how they pound,
Raising the sound,
O'er hill and dale,
Telling their tale,
Gaily they ring
While people sing
Songs of good cheer
Christmas is here
Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas
Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas
On, on they send
On without end
Their joyful tone
To ev'ry home
Ding, dong, ding, dong.
I love that song, by far, the best Christmas song there is! Jolly holly day isn't it, people? With the crisp white rain coming down hard on Vancouver. I'm not surprised, but a little saddened to have no white Christmas. Then again, my parents are thrilled not to have ice chars on their windshields. Just wanted to say a very merry Christmas to all, it's my favourite time of year! I don't personally celebrate Christmas, but we did get a wee little tree. And we are having, not turkey, but chicken tonight. As well, I'm wearing my Santa hat! Though you cannot see me in it because I look hideous in any type of hat, and I'm too lazy to take a picture of myself. Okay, any ways, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!! I'll have another post of some kind of story/chapter of something later, for it is Christmas, and on occasions of which I feel jolly, I write!
OMG, Jamie gave me a writing notebook yesterday for Christmas!! I love it!!! It's got a black, fake leather, just how I like it, cover, with her three drawings of the three Mortal Instruments in it at every third of the way in the notebook. I'm not too used to writing in a notebook, because I feel like I have to type it up later any way, so what's the point. But then I realized that I would be writing a lot more without totally killing my eyesight!
Merry Christmas to all!!!!!!
